Community-based strength coaching suited for women looking to build their body and mind
Hi! I’m Chrissy, I grew up in Sydney and at age 24 I decided to leave the event management industry behind and pursue something I was passionate about – exercise. That choice led me to the best career ever; helping women get strong and exceed their own expectations.
I started working at Fitness First which meant I got lots of experience with a wide array of the community. This led me to figure out who I loved to coach and who I could help best – women who wanted to strength train, but didn’t know how to get started.
I have since worked at Paragon Strength and Performance, a gym that specialises in strength and powerlifting, which allowed me to cultivate my skills with strength training in a more specific way. Over the last few years I have coached women to help them achieve body composition goals, become comfortable in their bodies, push their strength in powerlifting competitions, create structure and peace with their nutrition habits, love the weights room and become inspired by performance goals, and through pregnancy and postpartum.
