CDF is a female-only coaching service. I coach women to get stronger, change their body composition, compete in powerlifting, learn resistance training and most importantly, fall in love with exercise and find joy in structure with their fitness regime.
Hi! I’m Chrissy, I grew up in Sydney and at age 24 I decided to leave the event management industry behind and pursue something I was passionate about – exercise.
This led me to figure out who I loved to coach and who I could help best – women who wanted to strength train, but didn’t know how to get started.
My mission is to enhance quality of life through structured training and nutrition protocols. Create achievable systems that are individualised to the client in order to achieve their personal desired outcomes.
